Ecogen was born big.
Founded in October, 2002 as Iqara Energy Services, part of the BG Group, Ecogen quickly became synonymous with quality in the area of integrated energy solutions.
Years later, in 2008, the company was acquired by a Brazilian group and became what it is known as today: Ecogen Brasil.

With a philosophy that unites high value for its professionals with massive investments in technology, today Ecogen is the Brazilian leader in the development and implementation of energy efficient projects, and is a stand out in innovative cogeneration solutions.
